Richard and Lori Ballen have been in real estate for less than 10 years but have a rich history in business. Building a successful catering and large event company together which they sold in 2004 gave them all the business principals they needed to run a real estate business. Greg Duffield, who has also recently joined Keller Williams Realty Las Vegas has been brought on to nurture and grow the home buyers division of The Ballen Group’s already successful listing team. Jeff Howard began investing in real estate in the summer of 2003 with 2 partners. He has purchased 27 properties with and without partners for himself. He has co-manged 2 Real Estate Investor Associations and he still coaches real estate investors. He has 2 of his own courses; one on Partnering and one on Lease-Options. He firmly believes in being a perpetual student, and he understands that the more he teaches the more he will learn as well. Jeff Howard has a few years now as a real estate agent with Keller Williams and is very successful in negotiating short sales. He is known for putting out short sale fires and getting the deal done!
